Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at bstore.eu, operated by SIA "BSO GROUP" (registration No. 44103124095, legal address: Engures iela 1-2, Jūrmala, LV-2016, Latvia; warehouse: Dzelzavas iela 120G, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia; email: info@bstore.eu; phone: +371 24820328).


1. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Rīga, Latvia (Dzelzavas iela 120G, Rīga, LV-1021) within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Each product page may indicate a specific dispatch or lead time — please check the product description before ordering.

For salon furniture, cosmetology equipment and other large items, a representative from bstore.eu may contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatch.

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email once the order is dispatched.


2. Carriers

We ship via: FedEx, DPD, GLS, Dachser and other logistics partners depending on destination and parcel size. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Free shipping on orders over €1,500.00.

Transit times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated transit times do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.


4. Large & Heavy Items (over 30 kg)

Salon chairs, hairdressing wash units, treatment tables and other large items weighing over 30 kg or exceeding 0.095 m³ in volume are delivered kerbside (to the entrance of the building or delivery address). Couriers and drivers are not obligated to carry goods inside premises or up stairs for items over 30 kg.

Please ensure that a person capable of assisting with unloading is present at the delivery address. If additional delivery services (inside delivery, assembly) are required, please contact us at info@bstore.eu before placing your order so we can arrange this.

If you are a consumer purchasing a large item, we will inform you of these delivery conditions before you complete your order, as required by EU consumer protection law.


5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when you (or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods. We remain responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit before delivery.

We are not liable for delivery delays where goods were handed to the carrier on time and the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier disruptions, force majeure, incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer).


6. Inspection Upon Delivery — Important

You must inspect the condition of the goods upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, crushed or wet:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing;
  2. Request a damage report (act of damage) from the courier and ensure it is signed;
  3. Take photographs of the damaged packaging;
  4. Contact us at info@bstore.eu or +371 24820328 immediately.

Failure to record visible damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to make a claim against the carrier. However, this does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods — you retain your legal guarantee rights regardless of whether external damage was noted at delivery.


7. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, contact us at info@bstore.eu within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange correction at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Direct Dispatch from Partner Warehouses

Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier or manufacturer partners ("Fulfilment Partners"). In these cases:

  • Your order is dispatched directly from the Fulfilment Partner's warehouse to your delivery address, without passing through our own warehouse;
  • The sender address on the parcel may be the Fulfilment Partner's address (which may differ from SIA "BSO GROUP"'s address) — this is normal and expected;
  • You will still receive a tracking number and may receive shipping notifications from the Fulfilment Partner or their carrier;
  • Your contract of sale remains with SIA "BSO GROUP" — we are your seller, and all warranty, returns, and complaint rights are exercised directly with us at info@bstore.eu. Do not contact the Fulfilment Partner directly regarding returns or complaints unless explicitly directed to do so;
  • To fulfil your order, we share your delivery details (name, address, phone number, email, and order reference) with the Fulfilment Partner. This data sharing is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and is necessary for the performance of your purchase contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Direct-dispatch fulfilment does not affect your delivery timelines, pricing, or statutory rights in any way.


8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not liable for failed delivery or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If delivery fails due to the buyer's absence or incorrect address, additional redelivery costs may apply.
