Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

This policy applies to purchases made at bstore.eu operated by SIA "BSO GROUP" (registration No. 44103124095, legal address: Engures iela 1-2, Jūrmala, LV-2016, Latvia; warehouse/returns address: Dzelzavas iela 120G, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia; email: info@bstore.eu; phone: +371 24820328).


1. Who This Policy Applies To

bstore.eu primarily serves business customers — companies, registered businesses and self-employed persons purchasing for professional or commercial purposes. The statutory consumer withdrawal right described in Section 3 applies only to consumers — natural persons purchasing for personal, household or family use unrelated to any business activity.

If you are a business buyer, returns and exchanges are governed by our Terms of Service and any separate agreement between us. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to business purchases.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@bstore.eu or +371 24820328, or visit us in person at Dzelzavas iela 120G, Rīga.

We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. For consumers, your statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies regardless of this policy.


3. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use, not business), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of the date you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods — without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by:

You may use the model withdrawal form below (use is optional — any unambiguous statement is sufficient).

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days. Send to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or not as described (in which case we cover return shipping).

You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a physical store — i.e. only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If you use the goods beyond this, you may be liable for any reduction in their value.

Packaging

Our products — including salon chairs, hairdressing wash units, cosmetology equipment and similar items — are supplied in reusable protective packaging (boxes, foam inserts) that can be removed for inspection and kept safely aside. You are not required to damage or destroy the packaging to inspect the goods.

We ask that you retain all original packaging throughout the 14-day withdrawal period. This is important for two reasons:

  • Protection in transit: Large and heavy items (chairs, wash units, treatment tables) can only be safely returned using their original packaging. Returns of such items without original packaging cannot be accepted, as transport without it would cause damage.
  • Value preservation: If original packaging is discarded and the goods can no longer be resold as new, we are entitled to deduct the cost of replacement packaging from your refund, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 14(2).

Retaining the packaging does not limit your right to fully inspect the goods. You may open the packaging, examine the product, test its functions and features — just as you would in a physical showroom — and then repack it if you decide to return it.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not additional costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned goods back, or from the date you provide evidence of having dispatched them — whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions — when the right of withdrawal does not apply

Per EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16) and Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. opened cosmetic products, nail care preparations, creams — only if the seal was intact at delivery and has been broken);
  • Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Important: Sealed products that you have not opened may still be returned within the 14-day period. The exclusion applies only to products where the seal has been broken.

5. Complaints and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a product or your order, please contact us at info@bstore.eu. We will review and respond within 14 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, consumers have the following options for out-of-court dispute resolution:
